Perennials
Perennials are plants that continue growing for two or more years, and often produce flowers. Unlike annuals, perennials are typically cold-hardy plants that will return each year in the spring after a period of dormancy. Some perennials are short-lived, lasting only a couple of years. Others can live and continue growing for decades. Perennials do not have the ability to be hardy in all areas, however. This is why hardiness zones are assigned to individual species. Knowing what zone you are in will help you determine what perennials will grow and flourish in your garden.
The perennials in this gallery are typically hardy in our area (zone 8a) and we offer several different varieties of each!
